All about Us!

So named for the creek that supplied water to the Michigan Tanning and Extract Company back in the 1900's. It still slowly wanders it's way through the hills and hardwoods of beautiful rural Northern Michigan. The tannery and most of the landmarks are long gone now....but the pride, craftmanship and honesty still thrive among the people of the area. Like my family before me - it is my duty to create the best quality product at the best price possible. I am happy to help you build heirlooms and memories.

Our Heirloom Chests





This one-of-a-kind knotty pine cedar chest is over 21 years old and currently holds many special memories - including a preserved wedding dress. It is fully lined in cedar and boasts a beautiful keepsake box for all lifes little hidden treasures. It has been moved across the country many times and has more than proven our products can stand the test of time!

The Terri
This chest is made from curly maple and trimmed in Mahogony. It is a beautiful addition to a families living room and is currently used for tons of storage, as a conversation piece, and functional coffee table.


The Jase

This heirloom chest is made in hickory and trimmed in an accent wood.
